Unimaginative Scanners

You know those at the store that just go 'Beep' when the bored-out-of-their-mind clerks scan an item? Why can't they play multiple beeps, or maybe a catchy tune like this:

    Fantastic! I hate those little electronic beeps. Even more, I hate the bing and voice that walmart uses to keep people from stealing stuff. Coudn't they come up with something better?

    Most car horns are unimaginative also. I wish we could pick them out like ring tones.
